Marketing Operations Manager
As our Marketing Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our marketing initiatives, ensuring our systems are not just effective but finely tuned to align with our strategic ambitions. Your expertise will guide lead routing, attribution, and maintain the integrity of our database—key elements in our marketing framework. Your mission is to design and execute scalable marketing operation strategies that drive continuous improvement. You’ll optimize our marketing technology stack, ensuring our processes are not just exceptional but also scalable. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (don’t worry, they’re awesome) to ensure our revenue-generating efforts are seamless and successful. This position is hybrid, located in Arlington, VA, and offers a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration. While much of the work can be done from home, candidates should be able to join us on-site as needed to support team collaboration and strategic planning.

What type of responsibilities will I have?
Design, implement and continuously improve marketing processes, workflows and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Partner with marketing leadership and demand generation to develop marketing performance metrics and KPIs
Ensure the seamless integration and utilization of marketing technologies and the CRM
Construct and monitor a lead routing process that ensures the timely, accurate routing of inbound responses
Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies. Evaluate and manage partnerships to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and optimal performance
Work closely with several departments, including marketing, sales, sales development, customer success and finance to align marketing operations with broader organizational goals and ensure cohesive execution
What qualifications or skills are required?
5+ years in marketing operations, ideally in SaaS
Proven track record of improving marketing systems and processes
Be a highly organized, strategic executor with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action
Experience with Marketing tech stack solutions and integrations, including: Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, Google Ads, LeanData, ZoomInfo Operations and other relevant technologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with a proactive approach to dealing with challenges
