Partner Growth Lead
Are you someone who gets excited by the power of relationships and their ability to influence growth? Do you have experience working in this exact (magical) intersection?
Partnerships is our fastest growing channel at MarginEdge and we are looking for someone who can help continue to build the relational infrastructure that is the foundation for scaling these fast growing channels! We work arm in arm with partners across the restaurant vertical, including broadline food vendors (our biggest partners!), point-of-sale companies (we love them too!) and other restaurant tech companies - the common thread is that all are working to better support restaurants and see working with MarginEdge as a key way to do it.
How does this look in terms of day to day? You will be a central point of contact for these partners and work to deepen these relationships through virtual and (a lot) of in person support. This could mean attending food shows, organizing training teams (virtually and IRL), rolling out new programs and being the Swiss Army Knife of support.
Love to travel? Great. There will be a lot of that.
Love to present to large groups of (amazing) people? Perfect! There will be a lot of that too.

What type of responsibilities will I have?
- Deepen and build our key partnerships through email, phone, virtual and in-person meetings
- Drive high-volume, quality lead referrals to our sales team, owning your book of business with specific goals
- Represent MarginEdge at partner food shows and events
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on new strategies to drive and sustain lead volume - Educate and enable partner stakeholders to effectively communicate about MarginEdge
- Be a subject matter expert on MarginEdge, capable of running software demos and answering questions
- Understand and be knowledgeable about partner companies' operations and structures
- Coordinate with marketing and sales enablement to develop and refine training materials
- Utilize CRM and other productivity tools to track, organize, and nurture partner relationships
- Leverage data to measure program impact, determine ROI, and drive ongoing enhancements
What qualifications or skills are required?
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar field
- Former experience working in restaurants, ideally with exposure to using data to inform performance, costs, or customer experience
- Confident in delivering presentations to large audiences, both in-person and virtually
- Comfortable with autonomy, embracing uncertainty, and excited to thrive in the unexpected and unpredictable
- Willingness to travel 3+ times per month for partner events and meetings
- Valid driver's license and passport
- A genuine passion for restaurants
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Nice to Haves:
- Former experience working for a food distributor or other restaurant tech company
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Experience working at a startup or high growth company
- Experience giving customer demos or closing new business opportunities
